Terms & Conditions

By signing up to our services, and accepting these terms and conditions - you agree that you have read, understood and agree to the terms detailed from points 1 through to 7.1.

We wish to take out a licence for "Ambition", also named Amb↑tion, the web based platform provided via Ambition Marketing Ltd, company No 15625942, on a rolling monthly basis for a minimum period of 6 months, which can be cancelled anytime thereafter giving a minimum of 1 months notice.


By subscribing to "Ambition", you agree that the software must only be used by the licensee.

Payments

2.1: Payment is made in advance. For example, a payment made at the end of March will provide you access to the software in April. April's payment for access in May, and so on. The subscription must be made via card, which is processed by our card payment provider, Stripe.

2.2: If payments are withheld, missed, or late, we reserve the right to block access to the software until full settlement is received, at which point your access will be restored.

2.3: Price increases may happen from time to time and you will be notified via email in such circumstances, giving you a minimum of a month's notice before any such increase, therefore, giving you ample time to cancel. For clarity, we will not increase your price during the first 6 months and will endeavour to avoid such increases or keep them minimal.

Website

3.1: Websites designed and hosted remain the property of Ambition Marketing Ltd. The ongoing monthly subscription includes access to "Ambition" (software), alongside access to the website assets and hosting. In the event of termination your website will be taken down, however, we can continue to host for an annual fee or will cooperate and make the pages available for migration onto another system, provided all outstanding invoices are settled.

Termination

4.1: In the even of termination you must follow Ambition Marketing's termination protocol, detailed below:

4.2: Notice is delivered in writing, with at least 1 month of notice

4.3: Ambition Marketing will pro-rata the final charge for notice given part way through the month.

4.4: Once the month of notice has expired, access to the software and website is removed. Please refer to section 3.1 for further details.

4.5: Ambition Marketing reserves the right to charge interest on any unpaid invoices at our own discretion, at 8% above base rate.

Liability
5.1: Ambition Marketing Ltd will not be liable for any loss of business or any other costs due to loss of data, limited access to the software for reasons including, but not limited to bugs, updates, malicious attacks, DDoS and any other events that are outside of our control such as acts of god, natural disasters, illness or other such extreme circumstances.

Complaints

6.1: In the event that you wish to submit a complant, please submit in writing by email to "[email protected]". We will endeveaur to respond in a timely manner but please allow some time for a reply up to a maximum of 10 working days, although we aim to handle any complaints with urgency and swiftness.

6.2: We will aim to amicably settle all complains in the best interests of both parties in a fair and reasonable manner, and all such communication must be documented. All subsequent communication relating to a complaint must be submit in writing via email to [email protected].
